This week we celebrate one of the funniest comedies of all time about an incredibly unfunny topic.  Dr. Strangelove: How I learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb celebrates its 50th birthday. From director Stanley Kubrick who created such classics as A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, and 2001: A Space Odyssey.  Yes, I know I left off Eyes Wide Shut from that list of classics because I don’t think anything Kubrick has done after Full Metal Jacket in 1987 qualifies.   I spent the night with Dr. Strangelove again last week and it remains a timeless classic.  If you are a fan, there are seven strange and interesting facts about the movie in this article.
